Position: B2C Sales Executive - Visual Animation Exchange Company
Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented B2C Sales Executive to join a Visual Animation Exchange School. **Responsibilities**:
- Execute a customer-centric sales strategy to drive the acquisition of individual customers interested in visual animation experiences.
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including online platforms, events, and referrals.
- Educate prospects about the benefits of the company's visual animation exchange services and tailor offerings to their interests and needs.
- Guide customers through the selection and purchasing process, providing exceptional support and addressing any inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM software.

Qualifications:

- Passion for visual animation and a strong understanding of its appeal to consumers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
