Sales Executive (Fluent English) | Long-Term Position at an American Company At Blue Dot, located in São Paulo, we specialize in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), providing top-notch staffing solutions for companies in the United States.

Job Details: Fixed Salary: R$ 4,500.00.
Position: 100% Remote Monthly Bonus: Paid in dollars Benefits: Career Plan: Opportunity for promotion to managerial positions.

Responsibilities: Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of clients in the U.S., handling high-value B2B sales.
Sales Strategy: Execute effective prospecting and closing strategies.
Communication with Leadership: Participate in video conferences and regular meetings with American leadership.
Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing all their needs.
Requirements: Previous Experience: In executive sales, dealing with corporate clients and C-level executives (experience with U.S. clients is a plus).
Education: Completed or in-progress higher education (final semester).
Fluent English: All work and the selection process will be conducted in English (minimal accent is a plus).
Formal Attire: Required for meetings with high-level clients (C-level) and U.S. team members.
Equipment: A computer suitable for video conferencing and CRM usage (preferably with dual monitors).
