Experienced Paralegal / Solicitor – Casualty Injury – NationwideCompany: DAC BeachcroftJob type: N/AWorking Model: RemotePay: N/AJob IntroductionDAC Beachcroft is looking to appoint an experienced paralegal, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Casualty Injury Team. This role involves working with a partner and Team Manager on complex high-value employers and public liability claims, predominantly over £250k. There will also be an opportunity for the candidate to run their own caseload of cases valued up to £100k.Our National team serves a mix of leading names in the insurance industry and household name corporates, dealing with all aspects of defendant litigation, including catastrophic injury, clinical negligence, motor, casualty, disease, product, professional negligence, and health and safety. The team is increasingly involved in pre-emptive advice on these issues as well as dispute resolution.What's in it for you?
