About the Role Be responsible for driving QMS reporting, analytics and improvements. You will be part of the Quality global team, reporting directly to the area Manager, with the opportunity to lead local processes related to QMS. Location: This role is 100% on-site (Walita Plant located in Varginha/MG), from Monday to Friday – 07h45 to 17h15. The Impact You'll Make Drive all Q&R related transformation and improvement initiatives Manage the KPI/MPR and related reporting for Q&R Lead Q&R analytics, database management and predictive tools Deal the QMS (quality management system) in alignment with the DABS and the BPO network Participate on internal and external audits to achieve the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications Own the CAPA (corrective action / preventive action) process and overall improvement activities Manage QMS tools, document processes, procedures and responsibilities for achieving quality objectives The Skills and Knowledge you'll Bring Minimum 3 years of experience in quality or regulatory areas Proven experience as responsible and/or co-responsible for Quality Management System and its processes, auditing and analytics Minimum bachelor's degree (or local equivalent) in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent Knowledge in Lean, SAP and Power BI is desirable Project Management experience is a plus Fluent in English (written and oral) About us Versuni designs, manufactures and sells market leading products under the well-known brands Philips, Saeco, Gaggia, Preethi, Philips Walita, L'OR Barista and Senseo.
