As a Salesforce consultant, you enjoy solving complex business challenges by delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform. You're able to understand the commercial context of our client's businesses and their challenges to develop the scope of work for Salesforce solutions. You will work with a variety of clients to help them understand and define how they will use Salesforce to deliver business solutions. You must be passionate about Salesforce and have a good understanding of its products and how to use them in solving business challenges. You will need a good level of business and commercial awareness to be able to successfully scope and deliver projects to customers. Responsibilities Work with customers to develop a roadmap to deliver their strategy using the Salesforce platform. Plan and execute discovery workshops with customers. Attend and/or run workshops with relevant Technical leads and customers. In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Platform and keeping up to date with the latest developments on the platform. Write scope and deliverable user stories or requirements in line with the set-out project objective, budget, and deadlines. Build & Test configuration-based Salesforce solutions to meet client specifications, both remotely and at client premises. Communicate effectively with the client either face to face, over calls, and screen share. Manage expectations of the client and internal stakeholders. Manage client expectations on scope, ensuring that everyone is on the same page in terms of what's in and out of scope. Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients. Support pre-sales activities with customer demos, estimations, and technical recommendations. Collaborate with Developers and Technical leads where custom development is necessary – you should possess a good level understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, and integrations. Requirements A strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud. This includes knowledge of the various Salesforce clouds, data models, configuration, and customization options. Familiarity with loyalty program concepts, strategies, and best practices. This includes understanding customer engagement, rewards structures, member segmentation, and program performance measurement. Salesforce Certified Consultant. Problem-solving aptitude. Analytical mind with a business acumen. Organised, self-starter able to work under your own initiative. Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and customers to ensure that high-quality solutions meet project requirements. Excellent written communication skills, with an eye for detail. A high level of concentration and resilience to stay focused on a project to the end and meet client deadlines. Strategic thinker, able to understand the commercial context of a customer's business. Experienced in business analysis. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches would be considered advantageous. Familiarity with project delivery tools including Miro, Lucidcharts, Draw.io, Jira. Able to balance commitments, and work with resilience to achieve deadlines. Carry out declarative configuration and customization, including Flow automation. Advanced English.
