**Job Description**:
**Hybrid: This position requires an employee to be on site 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday),**
**Export and Import Logistics Analyst**
Support the management of highly complex local and international logistics and everything related to the process (but not limited to), management of the Consolidation Center, contact and monitoring of Maritime, air and land
Transport, Inbound and Outbound Logistics, always guaranteeing two-level packaging.
**Main responsabilities are**:
- Based on this paper, I maintain close contact with Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, and also Suppliers, Maritime Transport and Logistics Suppliers.
- Support daily processes and interfaces between people from different countries, carried out in English or Spanish.
- Coordinate and monitor cargo together with monitoring of KPIs with suppliers and the area.

**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Administration, Engineering or similar in Management.
- Experience equal to or greater than 4 years in international export/import logistics in all modalities (Maritime, Air and Road).
- Experience in processes linked to Shipowners, Cargo Agents, Airways, Transporters, Port Terminals, Airports and Armazéns Alfandegados.
- Knowledge of the documents necessary for Local and International transportation.
- Microsoft Office Intermediate.
- English Advanced.
- **CNH active (Driver´s Licence).**
- Availability to make local trips inside and outside of Sao Paulo (Travel is sporadic).
- Availability to work in Sao Caetano Do Sul, Sao Paulo, Brazil, in a hybrid regime (3 times per week in person).
**Preferred qualifications & Skills**:
- Spanish (Intermediate).
- Knowledge of PowerBI (desirable).
