As Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for People and Process Management. In accordance with Customs Legislation, the Export Coordinator takes ownership of the correct process and documents for handling export orders from Brazil to LATAM, for different products, temperatures, and some fiscal aspects, such as Dangerous products, NCM, and the right documents like origin certificates. You will be the key contact with our Brokers at port and airport and will control the orders with the export data to guarantee that we are following the requested delivery dates, informing stakeholders when dates cannot be met.

Your key responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in business administration, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields
People and Process Management
Monitor open export orders by delivery date
Support and control budget process
Guarantee that customers will receive the orders on the date
Monitor the Export Analyst's performance in processing POs received
Track OTIF KPI on a monthly basis
Fluent in English
Intermediate in Spanish (preferred)
