We are searching for the best talent for External Identity Full Stack Developer to be in for São Paolo, São Jose Dos Campos; Brazil or Warsaw, Poland.

Purpose:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) External Identity Engineer, located in Brazil or Poland. J&J is on a journey to centralize customer and external partner identity for our millions of users consuming services worldwide. Our goal is to improve user experiences by implementing a single universal directory and primary ID for each person.

As this person grows in their role within the External Identity team, they will need to understand and become educated on our various ancillary products including custom React based websites, role-based access control logic, and our API integration layer. They will provide input on enterprise technology selections, integration patterns, and will be responsible for implementing solutions that are scalable across different customer use cases.

You will be responsible for:

- Hands on development of Okta features, including custom UI/UX coding, integrations, new feature exploration, proof of concepts
- Hands on development of other features in our product suite that are based on
- Maintenance and improvement of automated deployment techniques and practices across the xIAM product suite
- Perform code reviews and assessments for third party developers on the xIAM team
- Provide inputs to architecture design, feature design review, and managing the change control process for our development within Okta
- Perform demos to collaborators of new Okta features or xIAM developed custom features
- Continue to train on Okta and the related xIAM product platforms to expand product knowledge

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in the information security, information technology, computer science, or similar domain
- Minimum of 5 years experience in system design and hands on development
- Experience with the any of the following programing languages: Java, Javascript, React.js, Node.js, SQL
- Knowledge of IAM principles, protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP), and security best practices
- Ability and desire to accept coaching, input, and code review from other specialists on the team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a global engineering team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent/Very Proficient in English

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Experience in identity and access management
- Hands on experience configuring Okta
- Experience with AWS Lambda, Apigee, Kubernetes
- Experience with security/code scanning tools (Noname, Sonarqube, Checkmarkx)
- Experience developing and deploying both workforce and customer IAM solutions
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge to non-technical partners
- Excellent organization and time management experience
