Role: Technical Design Consultant with NPD, PPAP, NX design and SAP exp.Location: Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil (Onsite, 5 days)Experience: 2-3 Years onlyType of Hire: Long Term ContractStart date: ImmediateMust have:• Engineering degree with min. 8 years of experience in mechanical domain• Knowledge in manufacturing process like casting, machining, fabrication and surface treatments• Drawing download, drawing and spec. study and create technical packages for RFQ• Knowledge in quality & testing requirements• Project kick off with suppliers• Technical query resolution to suppliers• Part equivalency study (Compare supplier deviation in material/standards/dimensions against the requirement)• Expertise in NPD (New Product Development)• Expertise in PPAP initiation and closures in Reliance or any other system in coordination with quality, sourcing and suppliers• Commodity knowledge in Diversified, Sheetmetal and machined parts• Clear communication with suppliers, customers and internal stake holders on technical requirementsNice to have• NX design• SAP
