Job Description:
The Payroll Specialist position has various responsibilities.
The Payroll Specialist supports the supervisor by assisting with the control of Health, Welfare, and Pension (HWP) payments to the various locals and conferences throughout the UPS network.
He/She also assists with internal and external audits and process improvement efforts.
The position performs analytics related to Vacation, Excused Absence, and Holiday payments which requires extensive contractual pay rate and entitlement knowledge.
