For more information, please visit www.one-line.com JOB PURPOSE: Ensure the efficiency and organization of administrative processes by providing strategic and operational support to the department's demands, contributing to the continuous operation and improvement of services delivered. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS: Manage material inventory, ensuring proper organization and cleanliness, respecting FIFO principles. Provide materials to other employees in the company, upon request. Provide materials and products for the cleaning area, upon request. Purchase products and materials for meetings, celebrations, etc. Participate in processes related to demands such as notary offices, banks, post offices, etc. Monitor and inspect maintenance performed by third parties in the office. Focal point for pipefy process creations along with BPM team. Responsible for uber business approval process within the company. Conduct payment process. Organize meeting rooms. Support the manager in budgeting and purchasing processes. Assist, when necessary, in supervising outsourced kitchen/cleaning staff. This includes helping with event organization and cleaning schedules. Identify opportunities to implement sustainable practices in the office. REQUIREMENTS Office package (Excel intermediate). Experience in facilities area. Degree in Administration or any other related areas. Intermediate/Advanced English BEHAVIOR SKILLS: Proactivity, team spirit and collaboration, negotiation and problem-solving skills, creative, critical and analytical sense, good verbal and written communication, knowing how to identify what is a priority and organized.
