This role will be responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and of all Garenians.Our ideal candidate will be able to run with us, adapt to our client's needs and stay humble on the way. If you are a driven person who also feels the urge to contribute to the gaming industry, we'd love to have you working with us!Responsibilities:Guarantee that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly; Ensure employees are properly accommodated in a workplace that supports their needs and expectations; Set up and improve processes that facilitate everyday operations, from maintenance requests to layout changes; Plane for the future by forecasting the facility's upcoming needs and requirements; Management of current leases, look for possible workplaces' alternatives, and arrange office relocations; Oversee and agree along with the workplace provider on contracts and service vendors that include security, parking, cleaning, catering, etc; Plan and execute internal events, keeping event plans under budget and on schedule.Main job requirements:Completed higher education (e.G bachelor degree, MBA); Solid experience with facility management (e.G office maintenance, supplier management and internal events coordination); Strong ability to manage teams, projects and bring new ideas to discussion; Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint); Full professional competency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English; Passionate about the gaming universe; Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP.
