**We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in AMERICAS at Campinas, Brazil.**
**Job Purpose**:
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager responsible for overall facility coordination. Work with vendors and facility management personnel while overseeing general facilities maintenance. Approve vendor invoices and track them using SAP and handle special projects as assigned. Manage the preparation of routine analysis and updates for FM budget for technical and infrastructural FM scope.
Support administrative activities and REM implementation, meeting the requirements of compliance and support the leadership to attend the strategy of the Business and Corporate Real Estate.
**Your tasks**:
- Standardize and improve process;
- Support REM implementation;
- Develop effective and productive relationships with internal customers as well as with other support areas;
- Implement effective KPIs to monitor department performance;
- Develop and update internal reports (Ex.: KPI's) and presentations;
- Comply with all guidelines and procedures established by Global Corporate Real Estate;
- Comply with all HSE, ENVIRONMENT and COMPLIANCE rules and guidelines
**Your profile**:
**Education Level**
- Graduated in Engineering or Architecture or Administration
**Experience Level**
- More than 2 years of facilities experience required
- Practice with financial controls;
- Knowledge about the 5S concept;
- Advanced Office (Excel and PPT).
