The Packaging Material Business control team is looking for a Factory Controller. As part of the Packaging Material business control team and Ponta Grossa factory management team, you will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures, and planning, monitoring & delivering on the financial targets of the factory and Packaging Material Supply.
This position will report to the Business Control Manager and will be based in Ponta Grossa, Paraná.

What you will doAs a Factory Controller, you will:
Report and analyze supply chain KPIs for actual and budget.Analyze, provide forecast and budget input, and support Central Pricing & Costing unit in product costing.Build, prepare, and perform follow-up of business cases (initial assumptions, benefit simulations, case preparation, and follow-up of realization) on investments and other cases.Lead local cost pillar and support the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) culture in the factory.Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies & procedures and drive internal control monitoring.Coach, advise, or train factory team and support the various areas as their Finance Business Partner.We believe you haveBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering;Preferably a Master's degree (MBA);Solid experience in Controlling and Manufacturing;Experience as a Factory Controller is a plus;Good knowledge and experience in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM);Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, and SAP R/3;Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory;Solid experience in cost management is essential.We Offer You A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape;A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results;An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion;Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements.Apply Now If you are inspired to be part of our promise to protect what's good for food, people, and the planet, apply through our careers page at https://jobs.tetrapak.com/.
