Responsibilities: Responsible for regular customer visits; coordinate and assist the business development team in the region, identify new project requirements.
Analyze, record, and assist in resolving technical issues for all customers; responsible for products such as SDMC set-top boxes, encryption devices, Docsis cable modems, mesh routers, Gpon/Epon, etc.
Collaborate with business and marketing teams to establish and promote new products and discover new business opportunities.
Participate in major bids; pre-sales technical support, participate in product network testing during sales, provide technical consultation for customers after sales.
Able to efficiently complete tasks assigned by superiors.
Able to be in business trip between Sao Paulo,Rio,and Manaus.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above.
Must have experience on ONT's Homologation.
Fluency in English and Portuguese.
Good customer relationship with operators, like TIM, is an advantage.
