Undertake monthly theme development direction and output weekly theme development plan; 2. Collect style images through different channels and complete selection and inventory of styles; 3. Responsible for meeting the monthly printing development needs of the project team, and communicate adjustments with the pattern supervisor; 4. Design original prints based on the company's brand positioning; 5. Extend the design of print patterns based on the company's popular print patterns; 6. Draw style sketches, create design specification sheets to ensure the accuracy of product development; 7. Review product photoshoots, ensure product image quality, and complete product listing; 8. Responsible for data analysis of print development; 9. Responsible for collecting print trend information; Requirements: 1. Degree in fashion design; proficient in English. A Degree related to graphic design and relevant work experience is welcome; 2. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW design software and hand-drawing skills; 3. Have a keen fashion sense for color matching and trend analysis in the garment industry; 4. Have 2 years or more of experience in women's wear, with priority given to those working in women's wear pattern design for brands; 5. Good at summarizing and analyzing slow-selling items, understanding customer needs, making quick responses, and applying them to new product development; 6. Good communication skills, written expression skills, language organization skills, coordination skills, and logical thinking skills; 7.
