Who You'll Work WithFellow Associates join our offices in South America to work with business analysts, associates, engagement managers and partners and directly with our clients.

The Professional Development team will complement your experience by tailoring a learning and training program for you, considering your strengths and development needs.In this role you will have the opportunity to work on teams and help the best organizations in the world – across the private, public, and social sectors – solve some of their most difficult problems, while you discover coaches, mentors, sponsors and friends in your learning program.What You'll DoYou'll work in teams of typically 3–5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement.
This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations.You'll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
Some examples of the specific work may include interviewing clients, leading client teams, building financial models, and working with McKinsey subject experts to develop perspectives and insights for the client.
In some cases, you will be asked to travel to your client site.When you join McKinsey, you are joining a firm that will invest in your professional development.
