The role of a FAE involves assisting in big-scale pre-sales, testing, and post-sales activities. The FAE is required to develop skills on current product features, tools, and design flow and facilitate the adoption of these solutions with a variety of customer systems. While the pure sales person helps open the doors for business, a FAE is expected to remove technical barriers to a sale and help close business. To thrive in this role, one needs to enjoy practicing both aspects of business and technical expertise.Responsibilities:Assist customers in understanding products and perform demos for various field applications (Software and Hardware);Install and configure the system and troubleshoot the process to resolve issues;Provide technical support to customers, offer technical training, and configure services periodically;Analyze customer requirements and ensure the product meets these appropriately;Cooperate with the Research and Development team to identify and resolve issues;Perform troubleshooting on issues and conduct tests on bugs;Analyze applications and provide expert advice;Maintain knowledge of industry trends;Travel/visit clients/prospects throughout Brazil, technically supporting the sales team as pre-sales, and share technical documents such as datasheets, ensuring a clear understanding of accessory integration;Prepare and present technical workshops about our solutions;Prepare development requests for R&D and follow up on the entire process.Minimum Requirements:3 years of experience in the transport telematics field;Basic knowledge of electronics and vehicle electronic systems;General knowledge of vehicle architecture, technologies used, and current/future trends;Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and familiarity with CAN communication interface;Knowledge of automotive communication protocols/interfaces (CAN, SW-CAN, LIN, K-line, PWM/VPW, UDS, OBDII);Ability to offer technical solutions for business problems;Ability to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical people;Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish;Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;Ability to work in a team and find solutions independently;Must be a technical/sales-oriented person.Join us to work with one of the most innovative IT products in an international market, with constant exposure to opportunities for personal and professional growth, alongside professional and friendly colleagues to share opinions, figure out solutions, and learn.
