Field Application Engineer

TheField Application Engineer(FAE) will provide comprehensivetechnical supportfor customer circuit design and system development. You will be involved withcustomer presentations,strategic supplierproduct introductions, andtechnical sales trainingfor customers, the regional sales team through launch and learn seminars, workshops, webcasts and various other forums. You will work with the Regional Director, Strategic Account Manager (SAM), and Product Marketing to develop and execute successful demand creation programs leading to successful sales growth and customer expansion for Future Electronics and our strategic suppliers within your assigned region.Responsibilities ·Provide support as well as early system solution consultation to assigned customers. Provide design guidance and troubleshooting/debug/issue resolution throughout the customer's design & development phases.·Provide training and direction on new technology to sales teams with varying technical knowledge in a fashion to maximize the teams overall efficiency and return on investment (ROI) for demand creation activity.·Execute programs to strengthen and leverage our customer and manufacturer relationships. Provide supplier support through initiatives such as market wide or customer site seminars and trainings, technical sales programs and technical marketing programs.·Utilize engineering expertise to build and execute a business strategy that will properly promote Future's supplier products to the right engineering design customers in the market and achieve accelerated revenue growth.·Document customer activity through CRM entries Qualifications and Experience ·BSEE/BS Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineer required, MSEE preferred·5-8 years of progressive embedded system design experience in at least two of the following technologies:·8/16 bit microcontroller hardware/firmware design·32 bit/ARM MCU/MPU hardware/firmware design·Analog Signal Chain design·Power conversion design (AC/DC and DC/DC)·English Advanced to Fluent required Compensation and Benefits ·Compensation in average to the market (fixed salaryquarterly MBO)·Health and dental plans, feeding program and life insurance
