Bring us your curiosity and capacity to engage people and you can be part of the digital, omni-channel team that's driving our huge commercial transformation.Accountabilities: Your day to day tasksPerform Audit function to assess validity and accuracy of Salesman accountabilities – sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection or status of outstanding AR.Relieving function where needed to sustain business operations.Execute trade and LAS programs in both Retail and Wholesale channel to achieve business objectives.Skills And CompetenciesCollege graduate of any course (preferably business related courses).Strong interpersonal skills and knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling.Field sales exposure is an advantage.Experience in General trade sales in an FMCG company is highly recommended.Valid driver's license and knows how to drive manual transmission (preferred).Work Location: SLUZ, NCR, North Luzon, Central Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao Sales Offices – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by the assigned sales office.Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM.Compensation & Benefits:Guaranteed 14th month pay.HMO coverage for you and your qualified dependents.PHP 10,000 annual medical reimbursement.Retirement Plan.Leave Conversion.At PMI, we are fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
