We are seeking a Field Service Coordinator, a highly capable and enthusiastic individual who can lead, coordinate, and carry out field service jobs. This person will be responsible for meeting business targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction in all delivery activities. Close collaboration with other stakeholders and colleagues within the regions is necessary to achieve the goals and actions for operational excellence as a team.
Your work tasks and responsibilities will include: Job schedule preparation and monitoring on a daily basis for Field Service jobs.Competency & Development Planning as well as Short and Long Term Resource Skills Management and Planning.Ensure the best use and availability of the Field Service personnel encompassing required coordination.Resource availability and Utilization in PB.Assisting the Field Services Workshop Manager with regular feedback from executed jobs.Maintain confidentiality of personal details as appropriate.Interface with the internal and end customer during the work for better understanding and minimizing gaps.Monitor and report the operational KPIs to ensure maximum efficiency.Continuously improve motivation and results of the team through F2F meetings during Development Discussions and Competence Assessments.Ensure quality deliverance with a "zero Injury mind-set".Cooperate with relevant internal stakeholders.Ensure activities meet and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, and environmental policies.Support booking the training needs for the resources.In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, the post holder must be prepared to undertake such additional duties within their capabilities which may result from changing circumstances.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related areas.Proven job experience in power plants/marine/industrial at managerial/supervisory level.In-depth understanding of operations/maintenance management procedures.An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Advanced English.Other skills: Cost awareness & effectiveness.Communication.Contractual skill.Deliver Solutions to Customer - process & tools.Coaching.Team building.Problem solving and decision making.Strategic planning and target setting.Change management.Cultural knowledge.At Wärtsilä we value, respect and embrace all our differences, and are committed to diversity, inclusion and equal employment opportunities; everyone can be their true self and succeed based on their job-relevant merits and abilities.
