As a Field Supervisor, you'll be a critical part of ensuring our teams operate efficiently, professionally, and safely while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality control checks and oversee crew routing and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field.Maintain vehicle upkeep and ensure compliance with OSHA safety guidelines.Act as the main point of contact for customer interactions, resolving issues professionally.Mentor and train field employees and oversee sub-contractor crews.What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience supervising crews in a construction or related field.Knowledge of aerial and underground cable/fiber construction practices.A valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug test and MVR check.Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.Expectations: Be in the field 80% of the time, working in all weather conditions.Available for occasional on-call duties and some weekends.Resolve customer issues politely and professionally.Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000/year
