About the job: As a Finance Administrator/Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our company.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including liaising with the third-party financial company in Brasil and HQ financial team, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining financial records.
Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will contribute to the overall success of our finance department.
Responsibilities Liaise with the third-party financial company in Brasil and HQ financial team Responsible for analyzing, auditing, summarizing, and reporting on financial data relating to vendors and customers to help the company with timely account payable and receivables Responsible for scheduling, auditing, managing the approvals and reporting for Accounts Payable Process invoices of customer orders on parts and equipment and ensure timely payments to vendors Responsible for Vendor communication / relations and follow-ups Responsible for controlling the company's costs and supervising the use of vehicles.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to gather financial information and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes Responsible for Company expense on a regular basis defined by the Company Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Finance Administrator/Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, local financial policies and accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Deep knowledge in taxation area in Brazil Proficiency in English is mandatory
