Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families.The Finance Analyst - AR Specialist will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable processes with various factoring companies that partner with Billor across the U.S.ResponsibilitiesReceive and review documents from our clients, ensuring the accuracy of all documentation.Submit invoices to the appropriate factoring companies.Record all receivables from the factoring companies in our financial system.Address and resolve any issues related to invoices.Track the status of invoices and maintain accurate records.Manage and maintain strong relationships with factoring companies.Provide daily reports to the management team on receivables and factoring activities.Perform bookkeeping in our financial platformQualificationsStrong background in finance, with a focus on accounts receivable.Experience with the accounts payable process is a plus.Fluent in English (both verbal and written).Proficiency with financial systems such as SAP, TOTVS, NetSuite, or similar platforms.What we have for youFixed monthly PJ contract in reais.Health plan (Bradesco Saúde) with no monthly fee or co-participation for you and legal dependents.This position will be based in Joinville, SC - Brazil.
