We are hiring for a Finance Business Partner (Coordenador Financeiro)
A Finance Business Partner is a professional who works alongside different departments, providing financial information and analysis to senior management helping them make more informed decisions and driving business strategy.
The main duties may include:
Plan and Sales Administration
· Lead the requirements for tools enabling quota management processes. Improve field and user experience by working with cross-disciplinary partners.
· Implement incentive compensation plans and sales commissions tracking, focusing on verifying that sellers have plans and quotas assigned correctly.
· Act as a liaison and assists team members with addressing issues and ad hoc scenarios concerning incentive plans, policies, and guidelines. Provide support for programmatic issues for team members. Learn specific business and territory rules.
· Work closely with sellers and sales leadership teams to coordinate inputs to payments. Perform reconciliation of quota, payroll, and/or territory processes. Drive for consistency and standardization in processing. Provide ongoing support for the maintenance of tools and processes.
General Support
· Responsibility for reviewing commercial performance.
· Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling.
· Identify and measure key success drivers.
· Providing finance and business support to commercial, sales and operational staff.
· Support decision-making with data and insight.
· Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information.
· Calculate monthly work in progress/comment on variance analysis.
· Production of the monthly business performance pack.
· Work with non-finance managers to drive the budgeting process.
· Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function.
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
· 3+ years experience in compensation, business management and operations, finance and analytics, human resources and people analytics, marketing, or sales strategy or equivalent experience.
· 1+ years' working within sales compensation administration systems
· Fluent or Advanced English

· 2+ years' working within sales compensation administration systems
· 2+ years' experience with Excel, Power BI, and SQL
