About the Job:
As a Finance & Control Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing plant in Serbia, by leading the Finance & Control functions and coordinating a team of 5. You will be managing the preparation of complex reports for various internal users, supervising risk management, reporting, and internal control activities.
In your role, you will give advice to senior management for structuring business activities from various financial aspects and will maintain regular contacts with internal and external counterparties like auditors, state authorities, tax advisors, banks, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop financial staff to ensure that the organization's controlling and reporting activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently, and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
Monitor and supervise the preparation of analyses for financing, risk management, cash flow outlook, and budgets.
Monitor and supervise the preparation of legal, regulatory, or internal reporting.
Make assessments and recommend processes to optimize various risks.
Evaluate investments and monitor their performance.
Approve tax, regulatory reports, and risk management activities in line with DoA.
Give advice for regular or new business activities from various financial aspects.
Maintain an appropriate system of internal controls and reporting to fulfill all requirements.
Provide guidance and support to other functions to optimize business risks.
Select and maintain relations with external counterparties and providers of services for the financial area.
Key Requirements:
University degree in Economics, Finance, Administration, or other related fields.
8+ years of experience in a similar role in complex multinational environments.
Advanced skills in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English.
Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
Ability to work under pressure and monitor deadlines.
