**Stellenbeschreibung**
As the Finance Controller at Lely Brazil, you will be the cornerstone of our financial operations, supporting both local and international activities (80% Brazil / 20% other LATAM countries).
With your hands on mentality, you will manage and oversee financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
Your responsibilities include finance, accounts payable and receivable, accounting, IT, tax, and legal matters.
Additionally, you will support Lely Center Carambeí with business KPIs, treasury, collection, and expenses management.
You will temporarily handle personnel administration, with payroll and bookkeeping being managed externally.
- Major Responsibilities:_
- Oversee and manage finance, accounting, and controlling functions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Provide business support to all departments, particularly for commercial queries.
- Manage reporting (FP&A), treasury, and budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with local tax and fiscal regulations.
- Support logistics and facilities management through the Logistics Coordinator.
- Maintain premises and manage service providers (cleaning, gardening, security, etc).
- Oversee importation processes and inventory control.
- Act as the focal point for legal claims, coordinating with third-party law services.
- Provide local IT support in coordination with our US office.
- Manage the department's external suppliers, while seeking new and better solutions.
- Oversee invoicing processes to Lely Centers.
- Audit the management processes.
- Team Management:_
- Supervise the finance administration team and their reports.
- Oversee logistics and its respective reports.
- Manage dashboarding and other support functions.
**Qualifikationen**
We value in-depth knowledge of Brazilian accounting and tax laws, as well as expertise in budget planning, cost structures, and local labor laws.
Experience with import and export processes, business analysis, and KPI reporting is crucial.
Additionally, project management skills, especially in overseeing significant projects like new building constructions, will be highly regarded.
