Finance Manager

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Albania.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Well versed with Bothe Brazil and Mexico laws and who is ok to relocate to Albania.
Company will provide - Travel Tickets + Food allowance and accommodation Allowance

**Qualifications**
- Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and Financial Reporting skills
- Experience in strategic financial planning and guidance
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus

Pay: R$10,000.00 - R$30,000.00 per month
