Your function In the position of Finance Manager at Banco DLL, you will be responsible for leading the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, Tax Management and Accounts Payable areas, acting as a strategic partner in financial decisions that directly impact the organization's results.
In addition, you will play a key role in Investor Relations, conducting meetings, presentations and roadshows, and will have direct interface with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and excellence in controls and processes.
Another key responsibility will be monitoring the organization's main KPIs, ensuring accurate and effective reporting to stakeholders.
Finally, you will be in charge of monitoring solvency, ensuring the financial health, liquidity and sustainability of the business.
- Conducting and participating in meetings, presentations and roadshows within the scope of Investor Relations, promoting transparency and trust.- Implementing and monitoring internal controls and financial processes to ensure operational efficiency and mitigate risks.- Collaborate with other strategic areas of the organization to align financial and organizational objectives.- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in financial processes and proposing innovative solutions.
Your profile Undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Law or similar;Solid knowledge of financial management, including FP&A, treasury (ALM) and cash flow;Experience in tax management, tax compliance and investor relations;Mastery of accounting standards (IFRS);Experience with audits;Ability with analytical tools (advanced Excel, Power BI) and risk management;Fluent English;Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
