We are searching the best talent for **FINANCE MANAGER - LATAM Source - Consumer Health **to be in **São José dos Campos, Brazil**
**Purpose**:
Finance is a major contributor to the leadership, growth, value, and reputation of Johnson & Johnson.
This role builds on these principles in order to accomplish the mission of being a proactive business partner and delivering superior financial leadership while upholding the highest integrity.
This is a highly visible position that requires both detailed analytics as well as an ability to operate from a big picture perspective to ensure alignment with E2E Regional operating model as well as Enterprise SC Procurement strategies.
This includes leading strategies for an annual spend of approx.
$300M, by actively driving transparency and visibility of key financial metrics to deliver maximum value for the business and enable decision making.
The position will report to the Global Finance Sr.
Manager based in Zug, Switzerland while being a core member of the LATAM SC finance leadership team.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Business Partner with LATAM SC Procurement team to maximize GP improvement, deliver a sustainable savings pipeline while also optimizing operating model given macroeconomic impacts.
The SC Procurement team manages diverse suppliers for direct materials and External Manufacturers.
- Stays up to date with the external environment and plays a key role in our Commodity Risk Management process developing analytics to drive E2E mitigation strategies.
- Owns compliant delivery of results, leads Business Plan (incl annual standard cost setting) and Strategic plan development, building and delivering on comprehensive and stretching budgets for the region focused on maximizing value creation
- Leads reviews with business partners, identifies areas of opportunity; leads/supports business reviews development
- Leadership skills required to manage multiple stakeholders at varied levels, while delivering strong business results.
There will be active interactions with senior stakeholders in regional Supply-chain and finance leadership as well as Enterprise SC Procurement team.
- Provides financial leadership on Global Strategic Initiatives including Network Optimization and Complexity Reduction
- Continuously seeks opportunities for improving finance & business processes; partners with management to deliver Enterprise Finance vision.
- Leads a team; Passion for people, performance management and coaching is required.
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications and requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree is required preferably a major in Accounting or Finance.
Master's degree, MBA or other financial certifications (i.e.
CPA, CMA) are preferred.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive finance experience with exposure to business partnering is required.
- Consumer or Pharmaceutical Supply Chain experience would be preferred.
Must have the ability to understand E2E P&L, to drive end to end profitability and financial agenda for the region.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
