The role will be responsible for financial analysis (investment analytics) supporting Sort Tech initiatives for 100+ North America Sort Centers (NASC).
The role will partner across business and finance teams to do analysis and make prioritization recommendations.Key job responsibilities Create discounted cash flow models (NPV, payback, cash flow, etc) comparing different business scenariosResponsible for financial analysis of Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR) that are approved by several senior finance and business leadersProvide insights into capacity utilization metricsQuantify low cost peaking solutions to improve full year asset utilizationCreate financial analysis of colocation strategy with other Amazon business units to maximize our asset utilizationBASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)5+ years of finance experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of finance experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS MBA, or CFAExperience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e.

The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market.
