Role Description: Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Specialist for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier. Finance support (P&L management, forecasting, planning, variance explanation, etc.
);Ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports, identifies the appropriate content and communicates clearly and objectively to the intended audience;Analyzes data and leverages knowledge of business, processes, forecasting tools, and techniques to help the organization predict certain developments, such as revenue, expenses, capital, etc., and to evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results;Able to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
Able to adapt and adopt frequent changes in systems and compliance regulations;Identifies, accesses and applies relevant professional frameworks, standards, and guidance, as well as other information for analysis and to make informed decisions.
Understands drivers of financial results and demonstrates the ability to analyze, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial information;Identifies the appropriate business processes and system(s), related frameworks and controls to assist in the design and use of systems for efficient and effective operations.Location: Brazil Total Work Experience Minimum Required: 3-5 years
