**What we look for in you**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent;
- Knowledge of financial and accounting management and financial reporting;
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting or related functions;
- Presentations skills;
- Extremely strong Excel skills, with experience building financial models and preparing decks that clearly convey analysis and conclusions (it will be evaluated during the selection process);
- Fluent in written, reading and spoken English (Interview will be in English).
**Your daily routine**:
- Responsible for conversion cost planning and variance analysis for monthend activities and forecasting periods. Capex planning along with the Engineering department and financial analysis of business case for new projects;
- Support planning, analysis and reporting of financial plans and actual results (Annual Plan and Last Estimate vs. Actual results), working closely with local and global finance teams to ensure the consistency of submitted numbers;
- Preparation of financial planning exercises, consolidation and presentation as well as monthly actual reporting package;
- Pre-Checks in the monthend closing activities to ensure costs are booked in the correct period and journal vouchers are completed in a timely manor. Accruals & prepayments are completed;
- Support developing of standard product cost (material, conversion, direct and indirect cost), tracking of actual cost, variance calculation, analysis and reporting. Budgeting, planning and reporting of production cost and inventories;
- Assist the global team with the analysis of Brazil operations and specifics assuring that all the information is up to date and in line with the company policy;
- Assist the preparation of Entity Balance Sheet and P&L planning, loading to the system followed by accurate check. Support monthly variance analysis vs. planned P&L, with the focus on Working Capital and Cash Flow analysis;
- Support the local and global finance organization in projects.

- SAP knowledge (product costing);
- Strong communicator;
