Finance System Specialist

Job DescriptionResponsible for understanding Americas business processes and financial systems capabilities.
Primary task is to provide support to the local FI key users in the Americas (US/CA, Mexico, Andinas, Brazil), SAP security and improve management reporting and analysis.
Member of the Global Key User organization.Core Responsibilities:Responsible for supporting system processing for the month end close (ie.
execute month end jobs, reporting of special ledgers) for all Americas locations.Support special projects including FI system enhancements.Liaison with PWC for system control testing for the US.Support SAP integration with outside systems including HR, Concur, banks and tax.Ongoing support of maintenance of all sub ledgers, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Assets, Credit, General Ledger, Tax and Treasury in the Americas locations.Liaison between the SAP FI and the various business units within Americas.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreePrevious experience in FinancePrevious use of SAP -good understanding of various SAP modulesFI SAP experience is requiredKnowledge of business processProficient Power Point skillsIntermediate Excel skillsFluent English is mandatoryPreferred Qualifications:Strong analytical skillsInternational Project Work ExperienceMultilingual is desired (English, German, Spanish, Portuguese)Additional Information
