Accurate maintenance of financial records, preparation of financial statements, vigilant oversight of inventory balances, proficient management of intercompany balances, practice of cost accounting and cost flow structures and adept handling joint interest billings.What you will doReflect the business transactions in the financial recordsProduce accurate and timely financial statementsDeliver financial analysis support for the businessEnsure accuracy of the financial reporting for ExxonMobil businessesPerform account reconciliationsReconcile inventory balancesMaintain proper asset balances and dispositionEnsure proper bank accountingManage large number of intercompany chargesEnsure appropriate cost flow set up and recoveryReview and process incoming and outgoing Joint Interest Billings from/to Joint Venture PartnersDeliver financial accounting support to the businessAbout youSkills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or engineering from an accredited college or universityAdvanced English - high level of interfacing with internal/external customersKnowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Access)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsCollaboration and teamworkAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and prioritiesProcess orientation and understanding of work activitiesAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
