Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Advisor at Menestys Asset Management in São Paulo, Brazil. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for providing financial guidance, investment recommendations, and support to clients. They will analyze financial information, assess clients' financial goals, and help clients make informed decisions about their finances. Active prospecting and management of client portfolios, focusing on identifying opportunities and offering appropriate investment solutions;Management and relationship with client portfolios (individuals, mainly high-income individuals);Support to clients regarding financial planning and investment allocation;Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty;Monitoring and control of KPIs; QualificationsExperience in financial products of various natures (variable income, fixed income, funds, insurance, pension plans, among others), investment instruments, and financial regulationsExperience as an advisor in banks and offices, etc.;Strong analytical skills and attention to detailKnowledge of MacroeconomicsEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesCertification or degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related fieldPostgraduate degree in finance (differential);Ancord Certificate (differential);Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar roleOwner profile, proactive, resilient, hands-on, organized, analytical, communicative, negotiating, commercial ("hunter" and Farmer")Hybrid Model;
