Company Description Menestys Asset Management is a brokegare & Wealth Management firm located in São Paulo Brazil with currently under R$ 500 millions under its management and seeking end 2024 with R$ 1,3 Billion under its management.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Advisor at Menestys Asset Management in São Paulo, Brazil. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for providing financial guidance, investment recommendations, and support to clients. They will analyze financial information, assess clients' financial goals, and help clients make informed decisions about their finances.
Active prospecting and management of client portfolios, focusing on identifying opportunities and offering appropriate investment solutions; Management and relationship with client portfolios (individuals, mainly high-income individuals); Support to clients regarding financial planning and investment allocation; Establish and maintain solid relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty; Monitoring and control of KPIs; Qualifications Experience in financial products of various natures (variable income, fixed income, funds, insurance, pension plans, among others), investment instruments, and financial regulations Experience as an advisor in banks and offices, etc.; Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Knowledge of Macroeconomics Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Certification or degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field Postgraduate degree in finance (differential); Ancord Certificate (differential); Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a similar role Owner profile, proactive, resilient, hands-on, organized, analytical, communicative, negotiating, commercial ("hunter" and Farmer") Hybrid Model;
