**About the Job**
As a Financial Analyst, you will support a wide range of financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial optimization. You'll handle treasury activities, develop financial models, monitor KPIs, and facilitate communication between departments to keep financial processes aligned and efficient.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage core treasury functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Oversee invoicing and maintain records in the ERP system, aligning transactions with company financials.
- Track and report key financial metrics (e.g., Budget vs. Actual, OpEx, CapEx) to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Develop and update financial models such as Budget and Forecast; conduct financial simulations and analyses to support strategic planning.
- Act as a point of contact for financial inquiries, facilitating communication between departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues and support business objectives.
- Identify process improvements in financial management and propose solutions to increase efficiency.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, with a background in treasury, financial reporting, budget planning, and cost management.
- Advanced Excel (Google Sheets preferred) with strong data analysis skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, ideally within the technology and/or SaaS sectors.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with FX operations, offshore structures, and risk mitigation.
- Experience with tools like Omie (ERP), Jira, and HubSpot.
