Join us in shaping our future–and yours.The Financial Analyst will provide strong financial support and guidance to the Global Procurement organization in strong alignment and collaboration with the regional finance teams. This position requires both a strong financial background with a detailed approach to analytics as well as an ability to operate within a big picture perspective to support global categories.The candidate will actively drive transparency, understanding and visibility of key financial metrics to business partners including but not limited to Purchase Price Variance (PPV), Cost Improvement Projects, Commodity Inflation/Deflation and Strategic Investments. They will support the procurement team through monthly, quarterly financial updates and annual Business Planning; building and delivering on comprehensive analytics, crisp storytelling and understanding of business drivers for the categories focused on maximizing value creation. A process-driven and proactive mindset will be critical to the success of this role to build and deliver successful results for Kenvue.Main ResponsibilitiesFinancial Business Partner: Collaborate with procurement to assess and drive cost improvement initiatives and support purchase price variance (PPV) analytics, storytelling, decision making. Identify financial impacts of risk and opportunities across sourcing categories.Financial Analytics: Conduct financial and procurement analysis related to commodity inflation, cost improvements business cases and category strategies to drive decision-making.Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to business planning, quarterly updates, and yearly financial activities like cost setting, scenario planning by delivering valuable insights to key stakeholders.Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to SOX, WWP, and internal policies. Assist in improving financial controls and enhancing the procurement process.Process Improvement: Support efforts to automate, simplify processes, add value and increase transparency within procurement finance.Reporting: Prepare and deliver crisp reports, presentations and financial insights for both mid-level and senior stakeholders, focusing on supplier costs and savings.Required QualificationsEducation: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering, or related fields.Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, procurement finance, or related fields.Skills:Strong analytical abilities, including the ability to interpret and model financial data.Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP.Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel) and BI tools.The ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.Solid understanding of procurement processes and spend analysis.Desired QualificationsPrevious experience working with global sourcing teams or finance business partnering.Experience with compliance or audit-related activities.Supply Chain or Procurement background is preferred.Financial modeling and forecasting expertise.Primary LocationKenvue is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
