We currently have an opportunity to join our team as a Financial Analys t. If you're seeking new challenges, here are the details: Contract Type : Independent Contractor (PJ) Work Model: Hybrid, 1 day per week in São Paulo (Consolação) Professional Growth : Support for certifications and additional training We're expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our market region's financial needs.
This role initially covers Brazil, the U.S., and Canada, with plans to expand to Mexico and Bolivia.
Primary responsibilities include processing PRs, MIGO postings, payment submissions, budget tracking, report generation, and budget revie ws.
Key Responsibilities: English fluency for clear, effective communication.
Strong administrative skills, with meticulous attention to numeric accuracy and budget contol.
Solid knowledge and experience in SAP processes, including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt Posting (MIGO), and payment status tracking.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
Generate budget reports and monitor budget status.
Liaise with vendors to confirm payments and invoices.
Enter contracts into the contract management system.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree completed.
2-4 years of experience in administrative and budget control roles.
