Individual performs financial analysis on operating results, budget, and business plans to determine cost efficiencies and productivity. Prepares forecast and analysis on industry and general economic trends and works with minimum of supervision. Has the opportunity to design and execute comprehensive programs and controls to address various business requirements. This position is expected to work in a hybrid environment.Responsibilities:Supports four functions of the organization in all financial related aspects, financial management of centralized intellectual property costs.Manages multiple stakeholders globally in complex environments.Performs financial analysis on actual cost positions, forecasting and budgeting.Handles special projects and analysis in the R&D environment.Plans and directs short-term and long-term financial goals.Maintains and implements company's financial policies and procedures.Identifies opportunities to improve cost position and executes them.Responsible for the timely and transparent analysis of business results.Required Skills, Education and Experience:CV required to be submitted in EnglishBachelor's degree in finance or business (Preferred); Equivalent experience accepted.5+ years of work experience in Finance, ideally within Siemens.Proficient with Microsoft Office, Oracle Essbase and solid knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Planning and SAP.Excellent analytical and organizational skills, strong communication skills.Strong interest in the automation of recurring tasks and reports, experienced with Microsoft Power Apps (e.g. Power BI) or similar applications (e.g. Knime, Qlik).Must have knowledge about budgeting, accounting transactions and financial analysis processes.Must be proficient in writing and speaking English due to the fact that the role will 100% support different sub-organizations located in the US.Why us?Working at Siemens Software means flexibility - Choosing between working at home and the office at other times is the norm here.
