Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Administrative, Accounting, and Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various administrative, accounting, and financial processes including but not limited to purchasing, sales, inventory management, fixed assets, and general taxation. The candidate should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in related fields with a critical and analytical mindset. The Financial and Accounting Analyst reports to the Accounting Leader and will work closely with the Brazil R& D/Breeding, Supply/Demand and Commercial.Responsibilities:Conduct analysis of administrative, accounting, and financial data to support decision-making processes.Manage and maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, inventory, and fixed assets.Ensure compliance with relevant taxation laws and regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Utilize integrated systems, preferably Sankhya, to manage and analyze data effectively.Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.Provide support during audits and financial reviews.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Follow BPO operations.Month end close.Immplement policies and best practices.Leverage system usage.Required Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or financial roles.Proficiency in using integrated systems, preferably Sankhya.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions.Fluency in English is a plusCompetencies:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organization skills.Ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams, build broad networks, and gain advocacy with others.Ability to manage time effectively and keep tasks appropriately prioritized.Ability to take directions from others to move processes forward to the desired outcome.Willingness to accept and respond to feedback on tasks and work performance, and to accept a culture of continuous improvement.About Innovative Seed SolutionsInnovative Seed Solutions is the premier global grain sorghum seed research company.
