FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Direct the Financial Division of the company to provide meaningful decision-oriented direction and information for company management.

Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate month-end and year-end close efforts to meet the reporting deadlinesResponsible for providing timely and accurate financial information, variance analysis and KPI reporting to company leadersEnsure that all financial controls are in place and adherence to company policiesManage and coordinate monthly forecasting and annual budget process and prepare financial reports to ensure that the objective and directives of the company are met.Manage and supervise the cost system to provide accurate information for inventory valuation, manufacturing variances, overhead costs as well as annual standard cost settingLiaise with plant management team to review costs and performance on a monthly basis, driving a strong cost-control environment.Act as a business partner to VP/GM to achieve the targetsManage internal and external audit processDevelop finance team by providing mentoring, coaching, and growth opportunities.

Requirements:Fluency in English is a prerequisiteBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA or MBA preferred6/8 years of experience with at least 3 years in supervisory/managerial positions in manufacturing environmentSAP knowledgeStrong Analytical skillsStrong leadership and communication skills
