:) What you will do Oversee all financial activities for business contractors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency; Manage forecast activities, including analyzing and resolving manual variances; Perform data validation and process contractor timesheets, including approval and supplier accountability; Conduct end-of-month accrual processes; Collaborate with financial stakeholders to validate budget approvals; Provide clients with accurate cost estimates for contractor services.
Must haves 3+ years of proven experience in financial operations, accounting, or a related field; Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve variances; Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including Google Sheets and Tableau ; Advanced problem-solving skills with expertise in math and formula sheet solvers; Effective communication skills for working with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment; Upper-intermediate English level.
