Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

Responsibilities - Build out comprehensive budgets and financial models.
- Perform budget vs. actuals analysis and provide financial insights to clients.
- Manage multiple client relationships and serve as a primary contact for FP&A services.
- Adapt and utilize various financial systems and tools to meet client needs.
- Conduct financial reporting and presentation preparation for diverse clients.
Requirements - Advanced level of English language - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelors' or above in quantitative field: Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
- 4+ years working on areas related to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Proven track record of being able to work independently and proactively engage in the client-side environment.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and experience in financial modeling.
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and various BI tools is preferred.
- Exposure to both large and small company FP&A processes is preferred.
Non-mandatory skills - Experience working remotely.
- Ability to handle and understand multiple tech stacks.
- Comfortable with a variety of business industries, managing multiple clients simultaneously.
- Skills in Google Sheets scripting or advanced Excel functions.
