What will you do?
Be the focal point for financial management of US Business avenue, acting as a true financial "partner" and serving as a bridge between the business area and corporate FP&A;Establishing and monitoring financial KPIs and other US Business targets, connecting them with consolidated results and identifying opportunities and risks that drive effective actions to achieve the established targets;Delivering results reports with the appropriate quality, accuracy and deadlines to the US Business leadership and Inter's top management, ensuring adherence to official figures and corporate communication standards;Detailed management of US Business results and targets, seeking to capture levers and trend accuracy, contributing to achieving the targets set for Inter;Preparation of the annual US Business revenue, OPEX and CAPEX budget, in line with the strategy, timetable and assumptions established by the Board of Directors and Corporate FP&A.
What are we looking for?
Full degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering;Advanced English;Postgraduate degree in Finance and Controllership is desirable;Knowledge of the banking business and financial modeling;Extensive experience in FP&A and Management of Goals and Results;Advanced analytical skills;Advanced knowledge in MS Office;Understanding of banking regulations and accounting.
