Financial Supervisor

We are looking for a talented Financial Supervisor to join our team in Club Med Gregolimano on the island of Evoia.You are/have:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldProven experience in financial supervisory role, preferably in hotel industryStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standardsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team membersProficiency in financial software and Microsoft ExcelDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesYou will:Monitor contracts, administrative authorizations, budgets, turnover and changes in the structure's financial resultsDefine and implement administrative and financial management procedures as well as the indicators necessary for monitoring activity and reporting to ManagementApply and be responsible for group proceduresAnalyze results and coordinate corrective action plansMonitor cash management, adopt a bank reconciliation follow-up and issue recommendations on the allocation of financial resourcesEnsure that good relations with local authorities are maintainedOversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivableLead a team of financial analysts and clerks, providing guidance and support as neededCollaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and achieve organizational goalsUnite and motivate teams around defined objectives and support them in their developmentIn becoming a G.O Finance Manager, you will benefit from the infrastructures and activities offered by Club Med.
