Finance at TRACTIAN The Finance team at TRACTIAN is responsible for managing the company's financial health and ensuring sustainable growth. This team oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring that all departments have the resources they need to operate efficiently. They also manage financial reporting and compliance, working closely with other departments to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. Finance is key to driving profitability, managing cash flow, and ensuring that TRACTIAN maintains a healthy financial foundation as it scales.
What you'll do As a Fiscal Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the operational processes related to auxiliary tax obligations and addressing day-to-day fiscal challenges. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Brazilian tax regulations while identifying and implementing optimizations to improve efficiency and accuracy in the fiscal area. This is a hands-on position where you will balance routine operational tasks with strategic process improvements.
ResponsibilitiesOversee and ensure the accurate preparation and submission of auxiliary tax obligations (e.g., SPED, EFD-Contribuições, ECF).Address and resolve day-to-day fiscal and tax-related issues to ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations, such as tax calculations (ICMS, ICMS-DIFAL, IPI, ISS, PIS, and COFINS cumulative and non-cumulative).Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain up-to-date knowledge of fiscal policies and requirements.Identify and implement opportunities for optimization in fiscal processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.Maintain detailed records and documentation for audits and inspections.Support the implementation of tax-related system updates and integrations.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.2+ years of experience in fiscal operations and Brazilian tax compliance.Strong understanding of Brazilian tax regulations and auxiliary obligations, including SPED and DCTF.Experience with tax software and ERP systems, such as SAP, is highly desirable.CompensationCompetitive salary and stock optionsOptional fully funded English / Spanish courses30 days of paid annual leaveEducation and courses stipendEarn a trip anywhere in the world every 4 yearsDay off during the week of your birthdayUp to R$1.000/mo for meals and remote work allowanceHealth plan with national coverage and without coparticipationDental Insurance: we help you with dental treatment for a better quality of life.Gympass and Sports Incentive: R$300/mo extra if you practice activities.
