After this training, you will receive a certificate and gain access to our community of teachers from Brazil and around the world!This process will prepare you to become a Fluency Talks Conversation Teacher for Spanish Speakers!If you accept this challenge, you will have the opportunity to become a Fluency Talks Teacher.
Your main activity will be to conduct classes with direct interaction with Spanish speakers students , assisting in their development during the course, clarifying doubts, and improving fluency.
All of this in a new and entirely online learning environment!Main responsibilities Having native or advanced level of Spanish is mandatory.Teach basic, intermediate, and advanced language skills, including reading, writing, and conversation.Conduct classes efficiently using our methodology according to the lesson content.Study and review the support materials prior to the classes to successfully incorporate the full duration of each lesson.Participate in monthly meetings for agenda discussions, project development, student feedback, and content.Evaluate and map the student's development/progress with the help of available tools.Manage interpersonal dynamics to ensure the class is conducive to learning.Ensure that your equipment (computer, camera, headset, and microphone) is in good working condition.Requirements and skills Possess fluent proficiency in English.Having native or advanced level of Spanish is mandatory.A degree in the field is desirable.Availability for a weekly schedule.Possess equipment (computer, webcam, headset, and microphone) in good working condition.Additional information You'll have access to:Exclusive Fluency Academy methodology for classes.Free online training with certification.Exclusive content and classes from our experts.Opportunity to work with Fluency Talks as a teacher on our platform after completing our training.#J-18808-Ljbffr
