What You Will Do:
Providing exceptional technical support via calls, emails, and chats
Gathering required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases
Working with cross-functional teams
Ensure customers' satisfaction
Securely work with customers' sensitive information
What you need to succeed in this role:
Excellent German and English (at least C1, written and verbal)
Basic technical knowledge of Intercom
Experience in technical support
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Independent and proactive approach to work
Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
Will be a great plus:
Technical background
Degree in computer science or information technology
